All my post after 6January2008 went missing.. I’m trying to see whether I can locate it..

I thought the title would reflect more… but then, I’m unsure of how you guys would read it out. What do you think? No.. Its not a body measurement of some really think waist babe.

Time flies when you are having fun, or at least when you thought that you can still enjoy another day of living. I turn 25 today.

As much as I’d love to brag about those huge parties or at the very least having some sessions with close friends of families, I can’t. I celebrated my birthday the way I like it.

Alone, at home… on bed….No, you shouldn’t feel bad. To me, a birthday is just another ordinary day, just that you get to feel older, and probably more responsible. I don’t like making such a huge fuss over my birthday. I like it quite, and peaceful… Of course, having a few friends over, and chatting or hanging out would do some wonders, but with that option out… I’m still happy to spend it alone.

The weather also didn’t really help. I wish I could have spent the day watching Sarawak play Negeri Sembilan Naza at the Sarawak Stadium. That would be really something. I love football. I did mention it last time that I support the Sarawak team. Owh well, they lost 3-2, and from what I heard, played pathetically.

I always believed that when you are celebrating something, you should be the one enjoying yourself. Just like when you are having your wedding, I believe that you are the one which should be happy with your ‘big’ day. I guess, the same sentiment echoes for my birthday. At the eve of my birthday, I took the liberty of booking the Proton BLM. I choose silver for the car although Black really caught my attention. I guess that would be a huge birthday present for myself. I’m tired of getting my soaks and shoes drenched every time it rains. Those whom has been following my blog closely surely know I have considered the car greatly and even compared it with the MyVi in my post BLM vs MyVi.

They say, a year older means a year wiser… New year is not as significant to me as my birthday because new year only means the switch of the year, while my birthday means I have been alive for a certain amount of time. Maybe that’s why I decided that 25 would hope to see me loose some weight, be nicer to people around me, and also work harder to achieve better financial goals.

Hmm.. since I also believer that birthdays are auspicious, I decided to spend RM11 on some TOTO tickets. Who knows, I might strike get some extra cash for my BLM down payment. Err.. that would make a good birthday wish, but then again.. I also hope that Proton would decide to name the BLM nicely, and not name it Proton Manggis, or Proton Cempedak… That would be a total turn off.
