I’m starting a new category.  Its called “Understanding Girls”.  I don’t have any disregard for girls.. don’t get me wrong.  I just don’t get them.. like most of the time. I figure, this is one of the few ways I can talk about them, and ask you guys/girls, if you are kind enough to respond, about my questions.

For starters…. in the stone ages, girls are treated as the second class humans.  Men rule.  Owh.. yes.. Men rule.. I don’t know if this still exist today, but making remarks which disregard women would get you in deep trouble with those whom fight for women rights nowadays.  If that is not the case, then you might be unlucky enough to get a good long backlash from the girls themselves.

Anyway, nowadays… we have women/girls being bosses in any type of position.  Men, most of the time are left stranded below, doing the dirty work, while women stand high giving orders.  I’m not saying its WRONG.  Serves you guys right!!  Your mum did ask you to study hard while in school or college, but NNnooOO0o.. you choose to stick your poles in hidden places, or get drunk till you flopped you finals big time!!  so blame it on yourself.

The thing is, when women become bosses, there is a sense of ‘Queen Control’ in the office.  Men, feel degraded… feel that they should be the ones giving orders, yet.. based on qualifications, women easily overpower them.  In the sense of education, women principles/headmasters comes in droves… but men principles/headmasters can be counted using your 10 lucky fingers.

When using my veto power as the teacher in charge of the robotics team, I choose a female as the students leader, over the only guy in this group of six.  Frankly speaking, I did ask the six students (5 girls 1 guy) to discuss whom should be the leader of their team, but when they elected the only guy as the leader, I felt reluctant.  Its not that I have the hots for this girl, or maybe because she is cute or what. Its just that, when guys are bosses, they tend to be complacent.  They relax.  They take it easy.. and at times, real easy.. which is bad for an organization, but good for those under him.  I guess, I have this feeling that guys don’t get work done… and girls do.  I just hope I made the right choice.

Anyway, I figure… Is it that hard to trust guys on something?  I know that most people prefer male bosses as they are considered less interfering, more laid back, and less pushy and moody.  I just wonder, do most of us prefer men as bosses due to this attitude, or do we prefer women as our boss because they ensure the job is done.  I’m not sure.  I just started working…. and I can’t compare.  Why not you tell me:P
